DeNaples Allowed to Serve on Bank Board | News
A ruling by a federal appeals court gave a businessman from Lackawanna County the okay to serve on a bank board.
In May of 2012, Louis DeNaples resigned from the board of First National Community Bancorp following an order from the federal reserve.
The feds said he could not serve on the board because of a plea agreement that led to the withdrawal of perjury charges against him.
